Serving as Community Engagement Manager at Museum of Design Atlanta, I directed the life cycle of online and in-person events for adult-focused exhibition experiences. MODA is a regionally renowned museum that showcases design concepts that blend art, technology, and future thinking.
Event direction highlights include:
Design Justice: Tré Seals of Vocal Type Co.
Revealing the Riverlands: Reimagining Metro Atlanta’s Relationship with the Chattahoochee River
Virtual Movie Screening & Director Q&A: The New Bauhaus
Design Justice: Black Experience in Design Editors Panel
MODA
While leading adult programming, I was a part of the team that increased engagement for online events through the MyMODA platform. This online destination for patrons allowed me to curate hybrid programs for public events that increased viewership and enhanced visitor experience. Through our Design Justice programming pathway, I organized industry-shifting events with distinguished leaders in the design community.
